Walk Through History. Taste
Your Heritage.
Immersive Jewish heritage tours blending memory, culture, and cuisine — fully kosher, deeply personal.
Our Heritage Journeys bring Jewish history to life through taste, texture, and connection. Created in partnership with the Kosher Culinary Heritage Foundation (KCHF), these programs combine guided visits to historic communities with refined kosher dining inspired by each region’s culinary roots.
Each experience is designed to honor our shared past, celebrate living Jewish culture, and support the preservation of Jewish culinary traditions worldwide
- Expert-guided tours through historic Jewish neighborhoods, synagogues, and cemeteries
- Chef-crafted menus inspired by regional Jewish cuisines — from Ashkenazi flavors of Eastern Europe to the spice markets of Morocco
- Shabbatot with local communities in restored or historic synagogues
- Interactive workshops: challah baking, pickling, or Sephardic pastry making — all kosher supervised
- Heritage reflections, storytelling evenings, and optional family genealogy research
