It all started in 2010....

It all started in 2010  when a group of friends sat together on a Friday night enjoying a delicious Shabbat meal, with lots of talking and laughter. It was springtime and just the right season to travel to Tuscany. We all shared our desire to travel to Italy and eat kosher, we longed to enjoy the gorgeous rolling Tuscan hills, the scent of the Italian cypress trees under the warm Mediterranean sun, and above all, we dreamt of experiencing the exquisite local cuisine, while keeping it kosher.

Kosher Culinary Travel is the perfect way for me to fulfill that dream of providing elegant, delicious kosher vacations to some of the most beautiful destinations on earth. We are excited to provide kosher travelers with the opportunity to experience cuisine and culture without restrictions. Kosher Culinary Travel believes in cooking using fresh, local ingredients where each trip is a new and exciting opportunity to explore the local food culture and create a unique culinary experience.

Kosher Culinary Travel is the perfect way for me to fulfill my dream of providing flexible, delicious kosher vacations to some of the most beautiful destinations on earth. I am excited to provide travelers with the opportunity to experience cuisine and culture without restrictions. Kosher Culinary Travel allows me to fuse my passion for cooking using fresh, local ingredients with my desire to broaden the horizons of kosher travel. Each trip for me is a new and exciting opportunity to explore the local food culture and create a unique culinary experience.

It all started in my mother’s kitchen
That’s where I started to feel the love of the kitchen
I would sit for hours next to my mother and look, sit and write, asking questions – so enthroled in the process.
And so slowly it started
I tried to ignore it and studied communication in University even going on to work on it. But it just wasn’t it! I was missing something – the kitchen.
At first I began working as a cook and then slowly I started to get involved, until I became a head chef in hotels in Ukraine.
When I started traveling the world and studying kitchens, local cuisine, and then I realized what I wanted to do, I want to cook for people who keep kosher around the world, in places that are the hardest to reach, especially when you keep kosher.
And that’s how I came to be the chef of Kosher Culinary Travel
To be unique in our field and give you the vacation in the best culinary way.

Menachem is your host and takes care of every detail of the guest eperience. With extensive knowledge in the world of logistics and hospitality and managing projects around the world, he makes setting up a kosher trip in China look easy.
He is the one who will welcome you with a wide smile, and will take care of everything you need during your vacation.
He is the one who looks after you and your family and is responsible for everything going well and you will only enjoy the best hospitality experience that can be offered
