Total Price for trip is 3,750 Euro per person double occupancy. 

You may reserve junior or master suites for a supplement as outlined by hotel policy after completing booking. This will be an independent trip with group activities and not a guided tour. You will have your own car and can explore the true beauty of Tuscany on your own schedule. A full breakfast and gourmet dinner will be served at the villa and picnic lunches will be provided for your days out unless otherwise stated for lunch cooking workshops. 

– Rental Car sedan with manual transmission. Upgrade to automatic transmission is +350 Euro

Payment- The full amount of the trip cost is charged with booking.
Payment is in USD through credit card (+3% service fee) or bank transfer
Exchange rate is determined on invoice date (nominal rate +1.5%)

Cancellations and Refunds – European Culinary Travel LLC. reserves the right to cancel any program for any reason. If a program is cancelled, all monies will be refunded and such refund will release  European Culinary Travel LLC. from any liability. In order to cancel your registration, you must send email notification. Monies paid by you will be refunded less a cancellation fee determined as of the date  European Culinary Travel LLC. receives your email notice. 

Cancellation fees are: 90 days or more before program start date, 50% of total fee; 
89 days before program date, 100% of cost of trip. 

European Culinary Travel LLC reserves the right to save as credit these charges for future trips minus a handling fee per person. 

European Culinary Travel LLC  RECOMMENDS THE PURCHASE OF COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER CANCELLATION FEES, OUTLINED ABOVE, WHICH WILL BE CHARGED REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION. ADDITIONALLY,  European Culinary Travel LLC CARRIES NO INSURANCE FOR ANY MEDICAL EXPENSES, LOST LUGGAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS THAT MAY OCCUR TO ANY PARTICIPANT HOWEVER CAUSED. 

Responsibility – Initial registration indicates agreement with all terms and conditions as stated in this document. European Culinary Travel LLC  reserves the right to make any curriculum or itinerary changes whenever, in its sole judgment, conditions warrant.  European Culinary Travel LLC. shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any injury, death or damage for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to war, acts of God, weather, strike, detention, delay, airline or other travel-related circumstances. European Culinary Travel LLC also reserves the right to accept or refuse any person as a course participant. No refund is applicable if a participant is asked to leave.  European Culinary Travel LLC. is not responsible for any belongings damaged, lost or left behind by participants.
