Sicilian chicken Marsala (mushrooms, lemon and Marsala wine)
Satay (chicken or lamb) on the grill with a satay almond sauce
Indian style chicken breast served with tarragon and Indian spices
Rib Eye Roulade, artichokes and mushrooms, cooked in an artichoke cream sauce
Baby lamb chops with pomegranate, pears, and ginger served with Cauliflower “rice”
